Talk to someone who will listen
Some days you don’t need advice — you need someone to hear you out. Loret listeners are ordinary, warm people who have been interviewed and identity-checked, and who are good at one thing: listening without judgement.
See everyday support listenersWhat everyday emotional support is
It’s a conversation, on your terms. You might want to talk through a stressful week at work, a falling-out with a friend, loneliness after moving cities, or just a heavy feeling you can’t name. A listener gives you space to think out loud, reflects back what they hear, and doesn’t rush you towards solutions.
Listeners aren’t therapists, and they won’t diagnose or treat anything. If you’re looking for structured, professional help, choose a counsellor whose credentials we’ve verified.
How it works on Loret
Browse listeners by language and availability, read how they like to listen, and see their per-minute rate before you start. Chat keeps things completely text-based; voice calls keep your camera off; video is there if you want it.
You buy credits (1 credit = ₹1) and are only charged for the minutes you use. The timer and your minutes left are always on screen, and you can end whenever you like.
Your privacy
Your listener sees the name you choose — never your phone number or payment details. Calls are never recorded. Chat messages are kept securely so that, if something goes wrong, you can report it and we can review it.
Loret listeners offer conversation and support, not emergency help. If you’re in crisis, call Tele-MANAS at 14416 or 112.
