Privacy policy

This page is a draft and will be updated before Loret launches.

We collect the information needed to run your account and sessions: your email, the display name you choose, your credit and session history, and chat messages from your sessions. Listeners also provide identity and credential documents, which only our admin team can see.

Listeners see the name you choose — never your email, phone number or payment details. Calls are never recorded. Chat messages are kept so that problems can be reported and reviewed.

You can ask us to access or delete your data by emailing hello@loret.space.
